With 6 Simple Tweets Donald Trump Destroys The Judge Who Stopped His Terrorist Travel Ban

Friday , a judge struck down President Trump’s anti-terror measures. The measures temporarily stopped visitors from seven unstable countries known to harbor and aid terrorists from entering the United States, unless they are already “green card” holders, dual citizens, or diplomats. But judges and the frantic left think they are “muslim bans” and are unconstitutional. This is false. The President has the authority to determine who  can and cannot be let into this country when it comes to national security:

Section 1182(f):
Whenever the President finds that the entry of any aliens or of any class of aliens into the United States would be detrimental to the interests of the United States, he may by proclamation, and for such period as he shall deem necessary, suspend the entry of all aliens or any class of aliens as immigrants or nonimmigrants, or impose on the entry of aliens any restrictions he may deem to be appropriate”

Not only that, President Trump’s authority also comes from a statute signed by President Barack Obama:

Trump’s executive order also expressly relies on an Obama-era provision of the immigration law, Section 1187(a)(12), which governs the Visa Waiver Program. This statute empowers the executive branch to waive the documentation requirements for certain aliens. In it, Congress itself expressly discriminates based on country of origin.

Nevertheless, a federal District Judge and later (late last night) appellate judges of the 9th circuit believe they have the authority to stop President Trump’s measures and deem them “unconstitutional.”

President Trump was not pleased. He took to Twitter to tell the activist judges that they were leaving our country open to terrorist threats.

He started off  going after the judge who initially stopped the order.

He then notes that there’s a Separation of Powers issue at hand. Can a judge simply STOP a law from being enforced without the authority to do so?

President Trump knows that any gap in the temporary ban leaves the country open to threats:

President Trump notes that the courts are ignoring a federal judge in Boston who upheld the measures.

President Trump strongly disagrees with the decisions of the court. But he is honoring their decisions. State and Homeland Security Departments have already announced they are complying with the order and allowing visas from the seven countries to be processed and pre-approved refugees to be let in.

That has to make liberals even more furious. They wanted Trump to overreact and ignore the judges’ decisions. Instead, President Trump is proving once again that he’s a Rule Of Law President. He doesn’t just decide to ignore decisions at will. He honors the Separation of Powers. That doesn’t mean he can’t voice his displeasure with the rulings. Every President has been critical of judges and their decisions.  But they still honor the decisions. President Trump is doing just that.

President Trump is confident the measures will prevail in court. He wants to Make America Safe Again.
