Six months ago, President Obama participated in a PBS townhall and was asked about Donald Trump’s promise to keep Carrier’s Indiana plant in the U.S.
The questioner was Eric Cottonham, a member of the Steelworkers Union employed by Carrier. Cottonham wanted to ask Obama if anything could be done to slow, or stop the exodus of jobs out of the country.
“…in Indianopolis, there’s nothing there for us, what can we look forward to in the future as far as jobs, employment, whatever? Because all our jobs have left, or in the process of leaving, sir.”
Obama’s response? “Those jobs of the past are just not going to come back.” Obama then advised Cottonham and the audience that they could learn how to adapt their skills to “some of these new technologies,” in particular, the “clean energy sector.”
Really? Obama – these were people who were worried about losing their jobs, about having no income and no future. They’re just trying to do their bit for the country! Americans like you and me.
But Obama didn’t stop there, he then referred to Trump, effectively mocking what Trump was promising to do. “how exactly are you going to do that? What are you going to do? There’s – there’s no answer to it. What magic wand do you have?”
What a fool! Aren’t you glad Trump is the President? In fact, not quite and he’s got the Carrier jobs staying in America!
You can watch him talking crap here!
Like and share for a Trump Presidency!
