Donald Trump hasn’t even been sworn into office and liberals are already talking about who they’ll run in 2020. I guess that helps them cope with the fact that they have to deal with Trump for at least the four years (and more likely eight, considering they’ve learned nothing from this past election).
Vice President Joe Biden told reporters Monday he’s planning on running for president in 2020.
Biden opted against throwing his hat in the ring for the 2016 election cycle after losing his son, Beau Biden, to brain cancer in May.
“I’m going run in 2020. What the hell,” he said, according to a tweet by Fox News’ Chad Pergram.
When reporters inquired on whether or not he was joking, he reportedly replied: “I’m not committing not to run. I learned a long time ago, fate has a strange way of intervening,”
So while Biden isn’t committing to a run, he’s hinting at it. Can you imagine if he were the Democrat nominee? Given how gaffe prone the man is, the 2020 election could be even crazier than the 2016 election!
