It hasn’t been much of a surprise to any American that crime, especially gun crime and terrorism has been at record levels during the Obama era. Chicago, Obama’s hometown, and where he held his goodbye speech is now the ‘most violent city in America’ with a 2016 murder count of over 750!
But what do the police think of the Obama? Certainly many police officers were offended and angered at the way he endorsed the Black Lives Matter movement and his failure to call out the killings of officers by black youths.
But Detective Steve Loomis and head of the Cleveland police union has had enough! Speaking in reference to the murders of police officers in Dallas and Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Loomis said Obama has “blood on his hands”.
“It is reprehensible. And the president of the United States has blood on his hands, and it will not be able to become washed off,” Detective Loomis told Fox News.
Detective Loomis accused the president of stoking unrest by validating a “false narrative” about police targeting black men.
“The president of the United States validated a false narrative, and the nonsense that Black Lives Matter and the media are pressing out there to the public — validated it with his very divisive statements, and now we see an escalation,” the detective said.
Wow! About time!
