A police operation which was set up in the wake of a Brussels terror attack at a Jewish museum in May 2014 has uncovered a sophisticated muslim crime organisation, purposely set up to fund ISIS!
Anti-terror police and investigators uncovered 12,000 weapons worth nearly £9 million and more than £70,000 in cash. It is believed the haul was discovered just before they were due to be sold to terrorists by the gang which was working out of Spain.
However, the most startling discovering was finding their arsenal includes anti-aircraft weaponry. The country’s Interior Minister said “several anti-aircraft guns capable of bringing down aircraft” were seized on Thursday, along with thousands of rifles.
Police said the group was “very active” and heavily involved with selling weapons to terrorist groups.
The five suspects legally bought unused weapons of war, repaired them before selling them on to terror cells. It is believed the cash made was illegally sent to support ISIS and other terror organisations around the world.
